Returns / Exchanges
Please note that all sales are final once an item has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges. A tracking code will be sent via email for each order. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping
Free Shipping for orders of $500+ in the USA.
Shipping is calculated live on the website during checkout according to weight and destination, and only charges the estimated cost of postage.
Buyers are responsible for any customs/import fees. I am not able to know the customs fees of individual countries. Please note that I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Damage During Shipping: I am not responsible for any damage to crystals or other products once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. We will pack items securely to minimize the risk of damage, but once the package is out of our hands, we cannot be held accountable for any damages during transit.
Tracking Information: Tracking is sent via email for each package. Once an order has left my hands, I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. I will try my best to contact postal services to help remedy the issue.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided once the package has been processed and shipped from our facility. Delivery time estimates are based on the postal carrier’s timelines, and delays may occur due to postal services or customs.
Payment Plan Policy
At Starlis and the Galaxy, payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis.
Payment plans require the first payment to be made in order to reserve your item. Subsequent payments must be made on time according to the agreed verbal or text schedule. If a payment is missed, you will have a grace period of 7 days to make the payment. After 3 months of non-payment or lack of communication, any payments made will be forfeited, and the item will no longer be reserved.
Payments are non-refundable.
We will make 2 attempts to contact you via the original form of communication that has been established.
Items will only be shipped once the payment plan is fully completed.
By starting a payment plan, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
