Returns / Exchanges 

Update*** Due to worldwide shutdown and delays of postal services, all returns and exchanges have been suspended. Please note that all sales are final once an item has been shipped. A tracking code is sent via e-mail for each order.

Shipping

Free Shipping for orders of $125+ in the USA. Shipping is calculated live on the website during checkout according to weight and destination and only charges the estimated cost of postage. Multiple orders will be combined and any extra in shipping will be returned. Please note that rocks/crystals are heavier and more fragile than most items, therefore will be more to ship. We try to be as fair as possible on shipping and never charge more than the cost to ship.

** Buyers are responsible for any customs/import fees. I am not able to find out/know each individual countries customs fees. Please note that I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

** Tracking is sent via e-mail for each package. Once an order has left my hands, I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. I will try my best to contact the postal services to help remedy the issue

Delivery time for orders are estimated AFTER it has been packaged and delivered to the post office.
